OSD (On-Site Detention) Tank Design

In order to provide relief to the downstream Catchment and Council drainage infrastructure, the runoff is to be detained temporarily on site and released at a controlled discharge rate that the downstream stormwater system can cope adequately, and no adverse effect is produced. So, the on-site detention tank is required to manage it properly. It is one of the vital requirements for a Residential/Commercial/Industrial development (depending on the lot zoning status).
